Took my MacBook here for repair. He doesn’t even do the repair himself. He takes it somewhere unknown. He is just the liaison between me and the person working on my computer. After paying $50 diagnostic fee, I was told it was a short on the logic board. Would cost $299 plus tax. Total of $330 to repair. I would have had the pay for the repair BEFORE it was repaired. Dropped by during business hrs. Noone to talk to except a barking dog. Place was near impossible to find. No sign outside AT ALL! I will not recommend this place or even try again.
Quick repair of a broken phone screen. Walter talked me through selecting the right replacement for my phone based on the model and how much longer I planned to have my phone. I stayed while he repaired and we chatted while he worked. Super nice guy and high quality repair.
Excellent service and professionalism! Walter replaced the complete housing and backside of my I-Phone 12. Perfectly Fine now.
