I-Go (a part of United) moved our household goods cross-country the last week of June 2025. We just retired from the military, and have moved 13 times (5 with overseas movers) in 29 years. 9 of those moves were with a moving company, and this is the first time I’ve been impressed enough to write a review. I-Go van &storage Co helped my family moved from Mizzouri to Omaha. I did not use the storage service. From the beginning to itemize the furnitures to moving, they did excellent job to help us. Lynn was nice to answer my phone on time all the times during moving and helped me to a better budget. Toby the driver and team worked hard and only moved my own family, not share with others. They were on time and we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with this company. Their communication was excellent—prompt, professional, and considerate throughout the entire process. The moving crew was outstanding: efficient, careful, and friendly. One thing to note is that if you’re located in a city where they don’t operate directly, they may partner with a third-party company. I had a great experience for such a stressful life event! Pat was great, he even took the extra time to come out a second time closer to our move date to make sure we were quoted for the right amount. Lynn was personable and extremely easy to communicate with. And of course Doug and Chris were our move crew and they handled everything for us! Move days I just sat back and let them take care of it! Thank you so much for everything!
