⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I reserved and paid for a specific vehicle, but when I arrived, they didn’t have it available. Instead of offering a comparable or upgraded replacement, I was given a much smaller compact car that was completely unsuitable for my trip. I will never use this service again and strongly recommend you don't either. From not having the vehicle I requested, to an air tag hidden in the vehicle and overall terrible customer service. This is easily the worst service in Calgary. Next time Enterprise gets my business
This was my first time renting a car, and I had a great experience with ACE Car Rental. The car was brand new, very clean, spacious, and drove smoothly. It made our trip to Edmonton much more enjoyable and comfortable. The staff (Leo at Barlow) was friendly and the rental process was quick and easy.
