Took my hp envy laptop in here because the battery just stopped working and they were able to order a new one for me and replace it for only $164. My friend who has the same computer had the same thing happen a couple months ago to hers and she took it into Best Buy’s geek squad and ended up paying $260 and she had to order the battery herself. It did take a couple of days but luckily I was able to borrow a laptop from Penn State for a while. The guy that replaced my battery was so awesome and I have nothing but good things ... read more
