I was led to believe that you folks can replace the hdmi port on my PlayStation 5 . After calling back a couple of times, was told that the tec was busy and then I am told on my latest call that the tec has been out sick.. Had you folks been up front with me I would feel better. I do hope you do not string me along much more. If you do not have a tec that can do the job you should be up front. Thanks Please contact me at your convenience Allen
