Owner resolved the issues we had.
Owner has ignored my emails for a refund for months now on a table and set of chairs. Said he would refund it but never processed the return. Ordered it in April, took 6 months of excuses before requesting the refund. This was a corporate order, I’ll be handing it over to my legal department at this point.
Having worked with Ryan on a number of other projects, we reached out to him again after being ghosted by another custom table maker who had earlier agreed to build our table. Ryan gladly took on our custom order and recommended using some incredibly beautiful and unique spalted maple that he had recently sourced. The table posed a number of finishing challenges given its dimensions but was well worth the wait. It was beautifully crafted and finished to Ryan’s exacting standards and will provide us with years of enjoyment!
I ordered and paid a deposit on kitchen appliance handles and live-edge floating shelves in 2023. It is now the end of July in 2024 and I still have not received the shelves. I have been reaching out since May 2024 trying to at least get the store or the owner to set an installation date and I continue to get one word replies. At this point I would just like my money back and go somewhere else as it is massively holding up the construction of my home and kitchen. I needed a Christmas present custom made last minute and so I emailed Ryan to see if it was even a possibility. He said he could get it done so I emailed him the info that he needed. I figured for something like this he would need a deposit or even the balance paid but he didn't. It was ready before Christmas and his staff even gift wrapped it. It was perfect!! The custom item looked fabulous and the gift was an absolute hit. I'm looking forward to having more items created in the near future!! Excellent experience!
