We met in person with Ryan on June 18th. He told us he would get back with us in two days. A week later after not hearing back from Ryan I emailed him. He did respond and again said he apologized and would work on our project and get back with us. It’s now been over three weeks again without a response from him. We are so disappointed and frustrated because we were looking forward to working with him. They do beautiful work but I would not recommend trying to have any custom made.
We asked Ryan to make us a wood top for a tv stand to replace a glass top that got broken. It was an odd shape but he was able to make us a beautiful wood top in black and looks amazing. He even delivered it to ensure the holes underneath lined up! We couldn’t be happier. Looks like it was original. So much better than tossing out the tv stand to landfill. Thank you again.

I ordered a windswept pine tree ornament online and it was never sent or delivered. I tried contacting the store by email and phone multiple times and was never refunded.
