I ordered a windswept pine tree ornament online and it was never sent or delivered. I tried contacting the store by email and phone multiple times and was never refunded.

BUYER BEWARE. While visiting the store from the States, we paid in full for a $6k USD table to be shipped to Florida and we were told it would take about 1-2 months. We waited about 2 months for the table to be finished and cured. Then changes were made to the steel base. Then the merchant lost their courier to the States. After 3 months we decided to request a full refund. It took 50-100 phone calls, texts, and emails to receive the first half of the refund after 6 months and the second half of the refund after 10 months. T... read more
