The main complain is about the place itself. From the second you step in you will feel like you are in a place of a 3rd world country trying to get a government help from a place which never had money. Very filthy, old and needs a renovation work. Please refresh your place. I used their money gram service and the gentleman who helped was helpful but a little bit rude to others who did not speak English. Instead of helping, he was yelling at them. No surprise. I usually go to the one on ave U. But I came here because Google maps said that it's open until 9:30pm. Turns out they close at 5 on most weekdays.
