This law firm has the absolute worst communication. It’s been over a year since my case began, and in all that time, not a single person has reached out to update me on the status of my case, my settlement, or even why I’m not allowed to go to therapy. I'm currently in need of surgery, and yet, I have no guidance or support from this firm. This is the worst law office in the whole USA, they don't have any respect at all for they're client, they take a lot of money from you and they act like they are doing a favor to you. Don't even think that you will be able to speak or get any email reply for them. They will contact you only when they need something from you. I finished my case, I got an agreement with the other part, and I'm still waiting for them to call me or email me about my money. DO NOT USE THEM!
Only bc I have to give something to warn and advise you. Believe the reviews that are negative. Apparently, the 5 stars must be rigged bc such negative reviews will deter clients. Run far and fast. I received issues almost immediately. After my second encounter with Julianna, I read the reviews and decided to record single encount with them.
