Experience with this wheelchair company was not a positive customer service. Requested a quote to transport husband to rehab a week in advance. No one called back address inquiry. Ms Kia or her manager/owner never called back regarding inquiry. Just disappointed in the lack of customer service. Sincerely, Mrs Curtis
