Non-reputable. I am glad they attached the email correspondence to my inquiry to try to resolve. My husband paid for 6 facials. In return all he received was their word and a black business card that reads 6 facials. The person who rung my husband up said that she knows about the deal worked out with Sunni and could accommodate. After one of my facials, I asked how many I had left. She said none. Shady dealings.It used to be a great salon. I was going there for years. When I discreetly mentioned the decline quality of the service, I was quickly dismissed. Then they decided to overcharge on services previously worked out. Not worth the money. There are a lot of great choices in Wilmington.
Love this place for all my services from massage to Microderms. Have been coming for years and will continue.
