I took my level 1 and 2 Reiki certification with Shanaz and Shawn about a month ago and all I can say is wow. The container we created over these 3 days provided me with the safety to drop deeper into my spiritual journey and absorb all the knowledge and insight needed to deepen my practice. Seriously an incredible training. Opening your mind and heart to Reiki energy is something I will be forever grateful for. The retreat Shanaz holds is a fantastic and unforgettable experience. To enter this journey of retreat with an open mind and open heart, was a scary and vulnerable task for me. It was so worth it.
