I have known Shanaz for years. She is someone who I’ve always admired in the spiritual community. I had a wonderful, transformative experience with Shanaz at I Am My Evolution Reiki and Retreats, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services. My wife and I attended a couples breathwork session with Shanaz and ShawnJi, and it was an excellent experience. The session was very calming and grounding, and we both felt deeply relaxed and refreshed afterward. Shanaz and ShawnJi guided the session with care and professionalism, creating a safe and peaceful space throughout. We left feeling lighter, more connected, and truly rejuvenated. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for relaxation and healing.

Taking Reiki Levels I & II course with I Am My Evolution Reiki and Retreats has been genuinely transformative. To enter this journey of retreat with an open mind and open heart, was a scary and vulnerable task for me. It was so worth it.
