I have the lovely experience of receiving a one hour Ayurvedic Head Massage with Reiki with Shanaz. Epic way to relax and allow the mind to let go and receive. Felt relaxed and much more grounded than I had entered. The space is welcoming, peaceful and retreat like. Highly recommend Shanaz!

My wife and I attended a couples breathwork session with Shanaz and ShawnJi, and it was an excellent experience. The session was very calming and grounding, and we both felt deeply relaxed and refreshed afterward. Shanaz and ShawnJi guided the session with care and professionalism, creating a safe and peaceful space throughout. We left feeling lighter, more connected, and truly rejuvenated.
