Mia is very professional, knowledgable, and approachable. She took the time to explain each step before it happened. She also spent several hours mapping out the design of the brows to make sure it was exactly what I wanted to get. The process itself was very relaxing and I fell asleep while it was going on. Would definitely recommend!
