Horrible customer service, would not take measurements or let try on rental suits even though we were the only customers in the store. Must be allergic to money, or assumed we didn’t have any. Either way their loss there’s plenty of formal wear stores with actual customer service and interest in making their customers feel welcomed.
Ishmael was rude and unprofessional. From the moment we stepped in he made us feel as if we were an inconvenience rather than interested customers. If he thinks you don’t have money he won’t even help you. The lady that works with him didn’t even acknowledge our presence. What an unpleasant experience that made us feel our business was being turned away and we were the only customers in the store…
Ishmael didn’t take any measurements and refused to let me try on anything without a deposit of $150. If we could leave a 0 star review we would. Completely ruined my experience as a soon to be groom and who was genuinely interested in finding a tux. They are an unserious and unprofessional business. Avoid unless you enjoy receiving horrible customer service.
Amazing tuxedo rental spot 10/10 recommend. Ask for Ismael aka the tuxedo master, guys a legend! Needed a tux a day before the wedding and they came through big time.
I highly recommend this business to anyone , I was just days from my wedding and we were able to get a tux for my dad the next day. We were helped by Ismael who was beyond kind, amicable, and very professional. They have years of experience and our visit was great. Clean , and high end tuxedos for all sizes. We are beyond grateful for the kindness and services we received.
