This company is run like the Mafia. My wife borrowed my transponder and she put it on her dashboard. Their system communicated fine with the transponder as she was going Northbound on I-77 but decided NOT to communicate on the way back so they send my wife a $55 bill including a $25 civil penalty and $12 worth of "processing fees." Both reps I talked to were not helpful and they seemed like they hated their jobs.
