If I could leave zero stars I would. 77 near Huntersville has become a public safety hazard and nobody can afford to use the toll lanes regularly. If I used them every day to commute to work (which could be done remotely by the way if companies weren't forcing RTO) it would be $300.00 a month or more just going into the office 3 days a week. that would be WITH the NC Quick Pass. who can afford this? Capping tolls during the wake of the storm is not enough. It’s the bare minimum.
Truly an abysmal predatory organization. The customer service is purposefully, unimaginably bad. The website is awful and is barely functional and the approach is intended to cost you both time and money.
