Grossly overpriced. I used the toll roads to get past congestion on I77 in Charlotte for just two (2) days in a row and it cost me nearly $100.00. Insane. Absolute scam artists. Charlotte needs to tear up the contract with Cintra. This is the company that thought nobody would notice they were surge pricing during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene when they knew the roads would be more congested and only stopped once people starting calling them out on it. The i77 toll lanes have had an objective negative impact on traffic, and will continue to negatively impact the corridor until the end of their contracted implementation period.

Went into location to dispute a bill and they refused to help all they want is your money. I had planned a trip via HOV. Set my app well prior to my trip for my HOV trip and went on my day. A week later I get a bill for over $46. It either didn't read my transponder or it malfunctioned. I went in to the location and showed them my bill and my phone app where it showed I had it set for hov and was told online it shows my vehicle was not activated. But it shows it on my app as active. Be careful about parking if you’re going in for a NC quick pass, the only area you can park is in the front. There were cars, double parked, and I chose to park in one of the first spaces on the side. The security guard made it a point to tell me that I would not be helped until I moved my car out of the nearly empty parking area into the area where he had not policed the lot. The sign that says no parking on the sides is tiny, but it was posted.
