Been trying to reach Brian for the past year for my wedding video and no luck getting a hold of him. Changed his phone number and email no longer exist. Very frustrating and upset. Going to be my two year anniversary and I have not yet seen my wedding video.
We contracted Brian and Elizabeth at HZ Media for our wedding photos and video in May 2022. We are unable to access our wedding photos and unable to access our wedding video, links no longer valid and have expired. We trusted them to help preserve our memories and now cannot reach them, no response from them at all. Very disappointing, very upsetting.
I normally do not write bad reviews and was hoping to get the issues resolved before having to write this review. The photographer that came and took pictures at my wedding was wonderful and her pictures were great. My issue was after my event. I had to wait 4 months for my photo album only to be disappointed when I did receive it. My name was misspelled on the front of the album. Brian said it was my fault and must have spelled it wrong as they only copy and paste it from a document. Refused to send a new album. The album i... read more

We used Brian to take family beach photos on Dec- 31, a holiday in our minds. He was accommodating, punctual, efficient, and all our family enjoyed working with him. The return of the proofs was fast, and was exactly as we had hoped for. An overall amazing experience... thanks so much !
