I wish I could give them no stars. I have a transportation company through my insurance. They booked a ride through H&Z Logistics. On Wednesday August 21,2024 at 8:30 a.m. Pick up time was at 8:00a.m. At 8:10 they hadn't arrived. I called my insurance and they checked with H&Z who told them the driver had came earlier and left so they couldn't help. Nobody called to let me know they were here. I was outside waiting at 7:50.
