Hired Haiyan Zhang for a will in Dec 2024, paid a $1,000 retainer. After a disorganized meeting (delayed, interrupted, mostly off-topic) and a draft, she refused to review a requested deed and stopped responding—even her clerk wouldn’t relay messages. Terminated her services Feb 11, 2025, and requested a refund, but no reply, no resolution behavior. Unprofessional and unresponsive. Hoping she’ll address this reasonably to avoid further steps.
