First of all, great product. I was not involved in purchasing so I don't know how price compares to similar products. I am posting this review because of the customer service, specifically with Colton. This man treats us as though our business alone is what keeps his family fed. If I could purchase customer service, I don't think it would compare to what we receive from Hytorc. We have only done one or two transactions with them, but they treat us like VIP's.
