I am on a cruise and forgot my Canon camera charger. I called Hi-Tech and Bob gave me directions and made my vacation even better. It was about a 10 minute walk from the ships port. Who knew you could find a camera charger in Juneau Alaska. Thank you.

Jim kicks ass. I needed a charger for a Nikon Camera I received in the mail. No one else in this town had what I needed, or ever will. His place is a truly a gift when you need some obscure part/device and you live in ALASKA. Call before you go in, he might not be there. If you need to replace an item, take it in with you, it will make the process much easier.
