Called office on a Tuesday, given an appointment for the following Monday. Received a phone call on Friday, changing the time of the appointment from morning to afternoon. Received an EMAIL (!!??) at 5:08 pm. on Friday informing me that they were too busy to meet with me / take my case ???? They established a meeting in my original phone call for LESS than one week in the future, but they are too busy?? They advised me via EMAIL that they were too busy and needed to cancel ??!!
