I love the customer service, and they definatly pick the most suitable treatments for the person.
Gaby (owner) is really great! She is extremely flexible and always available to move times around. I am quite early in but managed to purchase 36 sessions at a great price, can comment on my progress once complete! If you are looking for someone to talk you through the process and provide a seamless process, this is your place!
Terrible experience, customer service is BAD, i went in for a trial and she treated me like i was a child, when in fact im 35 years old. Do not judge a book by its cover i was willing to sign up for 3 months but she has completely turned me off. GO TO ANOTHER HYPOXI STUDIO NOT THIS ONE. I am sure they will treat you much better than Hypoxi Parramatta!
