I was blown away at my progress photos after 10 weeks! They have more machines so easier to book in the busy times and super friendly staff! :)
I have to post a 3 star for now as I haven't seen any results yet for the last 3 months and will finish up my plan. Sometimes the machine doesn't work 100%. Also you have to make an appointment which makes it tricky if the popular time slots are taken. I go there about once to twice a week. I play basketball, yoga and go to the gym once a week. The hypoxi day where I lose weight is because I eat something small in the morning, then I go at 11am, don't eat for the 2 hours, then eat sunflower seeds to avoid carbs. It's almost ... read more
