Great place to lose weight, just follow the program correctly and would not regret the result..joined in for 6 weeks and lost 5kg. Hypoxi is the best thing if you are time poor. 30 minutes is all it takes to work the stubborn areas. I enjoyed using the vacunaut machine to target my stomach and waistline with great results. Very quiet studio, one on one personal attention by dedicated staff. Highly recommend it.
