First contact the staff are friendly, and accommodating almost feels like your baited into joining, your presented with only one price point which is very expensive. Once you join everything you expressed that concerned you about joining that may impact you attending is suddenly an issue. For the results I’m seeing and the stress I now get about attending the centre because of the staff I would not recommend this centre. North Adelaide is much friendlier both staff and customers. The Sessions are good but staffing needs major improvement! My session times were changed so often forcing me to to withdraw!
I came in for a trial and am thinking about joining Goodlife. Tess took me through she was amazing and very knowledgeable... She made me feel so comfortable and had amazing customer service.
