Very gentle and effective exercising method that is helping me to stay motivated to regularly exercise and get fit. The massage is very relaxing and I enjoy my sessions. Highly recommend this.

I signed up for a 4-week program with Bohdana and her team at the Hypoxi CBD branch, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I completed 3–4 sessions each week, alternating between the upright and lying-down bikes. The workouts were very different from my usual “sweat it out” sessions, and it took a bit to adjust to the fact that I was getting a full workout while burning and toning up in such a short amount of time. My wedding is coming up and I’ve always struggled with losing cm through traditional exercising. I’m so glad that I discovered HYPOXI and learn how I can leverage on technology to assist me to drop a dress size. Hi I have been coming to the cbd centre for 7 weeks now and it been an amazing journey. I have seen some fantastic results in just 7 weeks and it amazing to see how just cycling you can get these sort of results .
