As someone who has struggled with weight all my life I am loving the hypoxi experience in the city. Staff are committed and attentive with sound advice. I have lost 43cm in total, dropped a dress size and feel so energetic. I highly recommend this experience.

Being a mom to a young child with super busy lifestyle, I have tried to work out with a PT and strict diet but struggled to lose any weight. Did hypoxi for 3 months dropped 2 sizes in pants, no crazy intense workout, 2 sessions a week, no starving, super efficient, amazing result! Bohdana and her team are great support too!

Very gentle and effective exercising method that is helping me to stay motivated to regularly exercise and get fit. The massage is very relaxing and I enjoy my sessions. Highly recommend this.

I signed up for a 4-week program with Bohdana and her team at the Hypoxi CBD branch, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I completed 3–4 sessions each week, alternating between the upright and lying-down bikes. The workouts were very different from my usual “sweat it out” sessions, and it took a bit to adjust to the fact that I was getting a full workout while burning and toning up in such a short amount of time.
