We had an excellent experience working with Richard. He identified a loan program that was perfectly suited to our needs and outperformed other lenders we had considered. From the start, Richard was meticulous—never missing a detail—and he guided us through the process with impressive speed and efficiency. He was always accessible, responsive, and willing to answer every question thoroughly. We are extremely satisfied with the service he provided and will absolutely reach out to him again for any future financing needs.
Very slow at returning our calls. Too many attorneys involved with this little case. Would prefer in person, face to face dealings. This document is totally not user friendly. The amount we were quoted changed from day one to the end dollar amount. Will not recommend M and M. You are not “FOR THE PEOPLE “ as advertised.
