Very irresponsible. Have been processing our refinancing for 6 months and never go things done in a timely manner. Leave the review here to remind everyone if you are looking for a reliable agency to take care of your refinancing, highly recommend to go with someone else, for real! We have already move on to look for other agency to process refinancing for us
