I really enjoyed my sessions with Mark, he was always extremely positive and full of humour. I had a very long standing health issue which has improved out of sight in just three sessions, so I am very happy and grateful to have come across him.
Thank you Mark help. The difference hypnosis has made is crazy. My confidence has improved so much. For anyone reading this for whatever reason you are looking for help call Mark. There is no crap, he is straight up if he can help he will but you also have to do the work when you are at home by listening to the recordings he makes specifically for you, it makes a massive difference. I had such a positive experience. Mark really took the time to tailor each session to me personally and made me feel completely comfortable and understood. I left each session feeling calmer, lighter, and more focused. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, and I’d highly recommend him.
In February 2026 I had a stroke, lost use of lft side of body and was in wheelchair for 3 months. I then started Physio and got back part use of my left arm and could walk short distence being aided.
