I’m am extremely grateful to Mark Anthony who has helped me become a Happy Non Smoker. He greeted my Mum and I with warm humour and created a safe space for us. I did not feel judged, I was extremely comfortable. I am extremely happy with the process and outcome. I owe Mark a big thank-you for the Anxiety Hypnosis Recordings. It has been life changing!! For the first time in my life I can actually maintain a sleep schedule. Which in turn is doing wonders for my anxiety, along side the recordings. This is a massive deal for me! I have seen him maybe 10 times and still laugh at the antics. Would recommend it to anyone to enjoy on their own or with a group. Mark has had a challenging upbringing to say the least so now that he is living his dream when he was told he "would amount to nothing" is something inspirational and he is proud of. It is true that he makes his living out of the serious side of hypnosis but loves doing his funny shows so that everyone can appreciate that it's not all about helping people to lose weight, give up smoking and so on.
I had one session with mark I was very unsure if it would help me I thought it can’t hurt mark was very professional I walked out of his practice thinking nothing has changed but as soon as I left the building without even realising he changed and actually saved my life I owe mark the world Couldn’t recommend him higher I’m so glad I reached out to mark Noel
Sorry for the late review Mark .For anyone who wants to give up smoking mark is your one stop shop I highly recommend im I myself smoked four 38 years and mark had me stop in 4 hours thank you Mark you are a live changer it.
