Erick was kind and compassionate, helping me with GAD and anxiety over flying. He gives many techniques that you can use by yourself. I have tried many forms of medication and therapy and would say this was one of the most successful things I’ve tried. If you’re on the fence you have nothing to lose, give it a go and get control back of your life.
