I have only been to Nancy once for treatment of insomnia. I am practicing the skills she taught me. I am having very good results.
I came to see Nancy from California as my mom went to her for insomnia and was cured of it after her 3rd visit. I've suffered from insomnia for many yrs & have tried everything to help myself. I am so pleased that I saw Nancy’s Hypnotherapy Works sign while driving through town. In addition to the hypnotherapy sessions, Nancy provided me with some additional tools to help with my continual progress like “pattern interrupts”, 101 things to do instead of my destructive habits, a guide to self-hypnosis, and a recorded session to listen to in the morning and at night before going to sleep.
