Les has helped me with a range of things from the yips in baseball to becoming a better test taker. I was unsure at first but after doing the first session I never looked back and immediately saw improvement in my game. Baseball was my biggest issue mentally at the time and seeing how quickly it cleaned up after Les helping me out was incredible. I highly recommend him to anyone and trust the process.

First of all, Les is one of nicest people you will ever meet. I enjoyed our conversations as much as the hypnotherapy sessions. I signed up hoping to sleep better but came out with that plus a self confidence I have never had. Totally changed my life for the better. Highly recommend.
Omg it worked and is so much worth it !! Quit smoking on first visit 3 weeks now Yes it was uncomfortable for the the first day but not awful it got easier everyday I hardly think about it now and feel like it’s been months since I smoked Kudos to you Les your amazing You did it
