Hello, I started seeing Kathryn as i was a week away from having gastric sleeve , i started having hypnotherapy to calm the food noise and assist with my weight loss journey. After my first session I cancelled my surgery and continued to have hypnotherapy. I am very pleased that i am 25kgs down and i have a much healthier , happier lifestyle now .
