I went to Kathryn for anxiety and PSTD issues. She was fantastic in helping with a variety of methods which really helped to squash my anxiety. She used the Havening technique for a traumatic incident and it worked immediately and have not had an issue since. Her aftercare is amazing and I was left with real tools to help for future. I would definitely recommend going to Kathryn.
