The sessions with Kathryn where very eye opening, every session was calm and she never leaves you in doubt, Kathryn saved my life, my head noise was constant and my self worth was very low, Kathryn help me believe in me again and put me on the track to self worth. Xx highly recommend

I went to Kathryn for anxiety and PSTD issues. She was fantastic in helping with a variety of methods which really helped to squash my anxiety. She used the Havening technique for a traumatic incident and it worked immediately and have not had an issue since. Her aftercare is amazing and I was left with real tools to help for future.
