I’m writing a 5 Star review with much appreciation to Caroline. Her care, her time and her love in facilitating, positive hypnotherapy has been a Godsend to me. I am realising, discovering and imagining so much about my inner self which has resulted in a definite improvement in my wellbeing and mental health. Her commitment and support is wonderful and I trust her implicitly.
I approached Caroline with regards to her solution based hypnotherapy and can't speak highly enough of her service. Caroline takes the time to explain how hynotherapy works and provided me with preparation material for my first session. Having undergone eight sessions of hypnotherapy with Caroline the anxiety and hyper-vigilance I carried with me dissipated leaving me feeling relaxed, calm and more focused on the important things in life. Caroline makes you feel at ease which really helped me relax during all the sessions.
