I have just recently finished my course of sessions of BWRT with Simon at Hypnotherapy Cardiff, as I was struggling a lot with emetophobia. I was obsessive cleaning, avoiding and having panic attacks. I work with children so it’s very common that sickness bugs are around and I would stay off work to avoid them. I highly recommend popping in for free consultation it was very in depth not rushed felt free to talk alot and comfy and very Professional Simon knowledge and understanding made me feel like I wasn't going insane and so refreshing to have some one actually understand the thoughts in head with anxiety and depression if your ready to make a change in life donet hesitate
I found the service that Simon provided was nothing less than exceptional and heartfelt. If it wasnt for Simons expertice and sinceare empathy, I believe I would be still struggling with my various debilitating health issues today, but thanks to Simon they no longer plague my life.
