Update to my review: Just wanted to add that the issue that I sought help with was public speaking. Since I worked with Janis back in Summer 2024, I have had to "speak up" - and the change I have experienced has been very good! Again, highly recommend! My experience with Hypnotherapy by the Bay has been wonderful! Janis is both very professional and warm. She designed the hypnotherapy sessions according to my needs after our interview. I sought out hypnotherapy to quit vaping. I have been a smoker/vaper for 25 years and really wanted to stop. I reached out to Janis at Hypnotherapy by the Bay and she was very eager to listen about my problem and inspiration for quitting. She was very inquisitive about my story. She was very attentive to the details of my life so that she could maximize her helpfulness in helping me quit. Sure enough it worked! Here I am, completely at peace while still not vaping or smoking.
