Update to my review: Just wanted to add that the issue that I sought help with was public speaking. Since I worked with Janis back in Summer 2024, I have had to "speak up" - and the change I have experienced has been very good! Again, highly recommend! My experience with Hypnotherapy by the Bay has been wonderful! Janis is both very professional and warm. She designed the hypnotherapy sessions according to my needs after our interview.
