I won't go into detail on a review but let me put it this way - life had been beating me down for a long time. I had engaged in multimodal therapy for a variety of reasons after suffering a horrific ordeal on top of a life long history of trauma. I am so happy that I discover Roy Hypnotherapy! I felt at ease from the moment I met Roy. He spent time getting to know me to assess my goals regarding hypnosis. I started seeing results right away. I recently saw Roy to help me finally quit smoking. Finally QUIT-QUIT! I had been a smoker on and off for 20 years. I quit twice to have babies and nurse but always went back to smoking. I’ve used hypnotherapy for anxiety issues in the past with great success but was skeptical (albeit hopeful) that it could really rid the desire to smoke. Roy really takes his time to get to know you and try to help you out with your problem, I have worked with him for a couple sessions and will go back for reinforcement , he will work past your allotted time and not charge you extra if needed very caring and not greedy and will do a one time session and not lock you into buying a group of visits .
