Abi is very gifted. She is great to work with. Always very engaged which makes her a great listener. I have done therapy for many years. I still felt stuck. I decided to try out hypnotherapy. I am glad I did. I can honestly say that in the few sessions with Abi, I have seen a positive change in myself.
