Had 2 sessions for hypnosis for weightloss and both times were unsuccessfull. Hypnotist wants you to stick to strict diet and do affirmations everyday. I thought the whole point of hypnotherapy was so I didn't have to do this. I wouldn't recommend this hypnotist at all.
