Had 2 sessions for hypnosis for weightloss and both times were unsuccessfull. Hypnotist wants you to stick to strict diet and do affirmations everyday. I thought the whole point of hypnotherapy was so I didn't have to do this. I wouldn't recommend this hypnotist at all.
Nikki is amazing! Went to see her in January 2024 for my nicotine addiction. Nothing worked. I had tried countless methods after I (unfortunately) started vaping after years of not smoking. I just couldn't shake it and when I ran out of vapes, I went back to cigarettes. Nikki helped break the chains of addiction and I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Nikki!
I knew hypnosis worked as Nikki successfully help my partner quit smoking, however I had doubts it would help with my drinking. I’m so pleased to say it hasn’t just helped, it’s worked! I've had the pleasure of stumbling across Nikki on the hunt to quit smoking many years ago, happy to say I am still a non-smoker thanks to her Hypnosis treatment. Then more recently I had some Hypnosis to help with some depression and anxiety that I was experiencing and it gave my mind the space it needed for me to get my health, excersise & life back on track.
