Jeff has had an incredible impact on me over the years in both counselling and effectively helping me to quit smoking. We engaged this service to support my husband, who is a very heavy smoker. We have tried hypnosis before in Altona, and it worked! He quit for almost 4 weeks, no moodiness, no anxiety episodes...
