I have wanted to quit smoking for a good while and had tried several ways with no success. I had my first session with Darrel in September and I have never felt better. I have now been 3 weeks without smoking . He has kept in touch with me making sure I am doing good and that means a whole lot to me. Now it’s my husband’s turn!!! I would recommend seeing Amanda. There were a few areas I was having trouble with, diet, exercise and motivation to reach my goals. Amanda took the time to talk through what would work best for me. You have to want to make a change and for me I found this was the boost I needed to help me get back on track towards my goals. Definitely glad I went.
