When I first came across Hypnosis for Health and Happiness, I didn’t know what to expect. My experience was such a positive one, the process is simple and easy. I felt myself changing immediately after my first session! I have been helped with not only smoking cessation, but also stress and weight issues! I now have the tools to stay in control of my life and my choices! I highly recommend this program!
Not knowing what to expect initially. But after 2 sessions I have learned a lot in terms of controlling myself, whether its mood, eating and self confidence. I drove almost two hours because of the great reviews but as she explained to me she is a hypnotist not a qualified hypnotherapist so I could not claim the services through blue cross. Unfortunately I am not financially able to pay the program ranging from $800 to $2500. I wish I had known about this before I drove all the way there.
Hypnosis for Health and Happiness has been an absolute life changer for me . Not only have i lost over 50 pounds but have learned coping skills for all aspects of my life . I will be eternally grateful for this opportunity.
What I achieved because of hypnosis was a life I could continue to live. I really didn’t have much left when I went to see Trisha and I was reaching for anything to help me at this point.
