I didn’t know what to expect going into the first session and was very sceptical of what it was all about, but Colin put me at ease and has worked with me and the results I have seen are amazing even after a few sessions. It’s not just going there and doing the session, it’s about all the ways you can implement and change things in your every day life. I am grateful to Colin for giving me tools and skills to help myself but also help the people in my life.
