Dr Smith was a great help with my smoking addiction. I am very grateful for all his work. I am a non smoker and I'm proud.
So I didn’t work with Dr. Smith to help lose weight or quit smoking but to help with my anxiety and other mental health issues. He has helped me tremendously to gain control over my own thoughts. Dr. Smith is very kind and encouraging. You can hear the excitement in his voice when he speaks about his profession and about the tips and tricks that he is teaching you. The only thing I don’t like is that our sessions are ending soon (I looked forward to our sessions.) Thank you Dr. Smith for all of your help!

I was struggling with anxiety for years, that was triggered by a phobia. Since my sessions with Dr. Clinton Smith, the anxiety has almost completely subsided. I'm no longer hyper- fixated and am able to go about my day to day without it consuming me. I'm also able to apply the different techniques to other circumstances that may cause anxiety or stress. I am more calm and confident because of this. I highly recommend Dr. Smith. He's not only professional, but also compassionate and caring. He deserves more than 5 stars.
