I am so happy that I decided to see Heather. She has absolutely changed my life . When I came to her I was crying at the drop of a hat. I was crying over anything. When I left her I stopped crying. 3 weeks ago I went and seen heather in an attempt to control my drinking problem and so far so good, having to abstain could be very tormenting at times and would usually lead right back the problem. My family are getting so much more from me and I'm feeling confident about continuing on this path. I have had a couple of amazing sessions with Heather. My first was for an extreme amount of stress that I was experiencing. I felt so much better after my session. The other was for wanting to stop and a particular beverage that I have become a little too reliant on. My session with Heather was almost a month ago and I haven’t had one nor thought of it since. Heather creates a safe space in the work she does is incredible. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
