I have worked with Sara with hypnotherapy and now KAP. She is consistently present, warm, accommodating, a gentle soul. Both hypnotherapy and KAP were new to me and Sara was a wonderful guide for both experiences. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely loved my session with Sara! I went in nervous and anxious. She made me calm and relaxed right away by answering my questions. The hypnosis was wonderful and I walked out of the office feeling lighter and relaxed. I do my home lessons nightly and the problems I went in to see her for have disappeared!! It’s amazing! I definitely recommend seeing Sara!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!
