Joesephine is an incredibly gifted, intuitive, and compassionate hypnotherapist. Trusting someone to guide your subconscious into homeostasis can be a very intimate and vulnerable experience, and my experience with her has been profoundly healing. She has a gift to transform the blind spots in your subconscious into your own suggestible hearts desires, in a lovely warm unbiased and compassionate way. I would and have recommended her to anyone and everyone looking for deep and lasting change.
My hypnotherapy appointment was amazing. after 1 visit I can already tell it works. (I went for sleep problems and I have been sleeping great since my session) I would recommend this to everyone needing help with any issues.
