I have had great success with Josephine and hypnosis. If you are considering it, I highly recommend you give it/her a try!
I’ve really enjoyed working with Joesephine. She is patient, kind, understanding and non-judgmental. She creates a safe environment that made me feel at ease when trying something new that feels vulnerable. Would definitely recommend working with her if you’re stuck in anything traditional therapy isn’t quite helping with.
Since working with Josephine, I’ve begun to gently process some of my life’s biggest challenges. Her calming presence and intuitive guidance made me feel supported. The experience has been insightful and positive.

Very helpful in several areas of life. I came to visit Joesephine to help with quitting cigarettes and eventually we worked on quitting alcohol and other life areas as well.
