Three sessions so far and it has been a great experience every time with very positive results - helpful for focusing on goals and reducing the mental noise, as well as improving overall calmness and the quality of breath throughout each day! Josephine has been nothing short of amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. I love her blend of the modalities, how knowledgeable she is, how calming her presence is and most of all, how lovely and supported I feel after leaving a session with her. I’m very grateful for the work I’ve done with Joesephine.
