I highly recommend the hypnobirthing course with Sarah, she is a GOD send. I took her class for the first time when i was expecting my third born who was due June 2022 and i am so glad i did. I wish i knew about this course sooner for my first and second born, however i understand nothing happens before its time. The hypnobirth class was empowering, educational and it 's lessons certainly trickled into life after pregnancy; which is necessary because parenting could be challenge. I took Sara's HypnoBirthing course virtually in the middle of the Spring 2020 Covid situation. In spite of the circumstances, Sara created a calm, nonjudgemental, and healing haven for learning about childbirth. The classes were a mix of practical tips for both pregnancy and childbirth (including how to graciously advocate for yourself in any L&D context), positive birth stories from her past (and often repeat) mom-students, and soothing guided meditations. I was petrified when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. Instead of feeling the happiness of the idea of a future child, I got so anxious and thought OMG I'm gonna have to give birth !!!!
