I did a series of hypnotherapy sessions with Sébastien years ago, it was deeply healing and changed my life. Highly recommend.
I appreciate a lot the method by which Sebastien started the sessions. I was surprised that he was able to understand me and what I wanted to say when I just said very few words. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We have put a plan of work for the up coming sessions. I am looking forward.
Life changing experience. He really takes the time to understand you. If you put in the work, you can eliminate completely your bad habits and negative thoughts. Thank you Seb, looking forward to see you on our next session.
I highly recommend it place to relax and lose yourself
Sébastien is very receptive and promotes constructive dialogue that motivates us to achieve our goals. I left with my own personal 'toolkit' and I refer back to it whenever I feel the need! Thank you, Sébastien!
