I started a bit sceptical, as who wouldn’t, but thought there was no harm in giving it a try. Well - I don’t know how she does it, but it WORKS! I’m now in control of my weight, and then, amazingly, though we both know she can’t CURE my horrible long-standing (ha ha) arthritic knee, she has enabled me to manage it to the extent that I can now, incredibly, go up and (even better) down stairs more easily than for years. I had a couple of hypnotherapy sessions to help me change some limiting beliefs about myself and to improve my relationship with my teenage daughter.
