We used Hyphen Supplypro. It is not a user friendly setup and is way overpriced for what you get. There is a reason why they make you sign a 1 year contract, you will want out in the first month. It was a nightmare to get signed up and an even bigger nightmare to cancel. I would suggest to stay away from this company. The billing department is about as shady as they get. They will send you invoices even after canceling and claim that you didn't cancel the correct way. Don't sign up, find another company to do business with.

My company accidently created an account with Hyphen Solutions thinking it was a group purchasing organization. Once we figured out we did not mean to create an account we called them to cancel it. They are refusing to refund the set up fee and then charging us one month service before they will cancel the contract. Definitely not a customer focused organization.

I found this service/software to be the most outdated, non-user friendly program I’ve used as a small business owner. The monthly bill was ridiculous, and upon closing my account I was hit was 2 months of charges the subpar customer service representative was absolutely unwilling to budge on. They went as far as threats about collections, and being in “good standing”. If you are looking for quality, ROI, and a ethical business model look elsewhere.
