My company accidently created an account with Hyphen Solutions thinking it was a group purchasing organization. Once we figured out we did not mean to create an account we called them to cancel it. They are refusing to refund the set up fee and then charging us one month service before they will cancel the contract. Definitely not a customer focused organization.

I found this service/software to be the most outdated, non-user friendly program I’ve used as a small business owner. The monthly bill was ridiculous, and upon closing my account I was hit was 2 months of charges the subpar customer service representative was absolutely unwilling to budge on. They went as far as threats about collections, and being in “good standing”. If you are looking for quality, ROI, and a ethical business model look elsewhere.

We cancelled our account, received a confirmation number, and they continued to bill us for 7 months ($910 in over-charges). We showed proof of the cancellation and they said it is not their policy to give refunds. This is an unethical company that does not care about its customers.
